  • •Develop and implement new etch processes for advanced test vehicles.
  • •Partner with lithography and deposition groups to develop and implement new integration schemes.
  • •Monitor wafer fabrication by responding to in-line issues and dispositions lots.
  • •Implement new process control schemes or methodologies to ensure product manufacturability.
  • •Maintain documentation and instruct operators/technicians; coordinate equipment downtime and process qualification scheduling.

Key Requirements

  • •MS in an engineering discipline.
  • •5 years’ experience in etch process engineering.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with multiple disciplines in a 7x24 manufacturing facility.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot problems and solve complex issues using analytical judgment.
  • •Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills; able to deal with multiple issues and shifting priorities.
