Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5+ years of relevant post-education experience with prior construction inspection experience.
  • •Experience inspecting concrete, structural steel, masonry, fireproofing, reinforcing steel, and soils.
  • •Valid state driver’s license; ability to obtain a Los Angeles Deputy Grading Inspector License.
  • •Must be able to read plans/specs, communicate clearly, and lift up to 50 lbs while working on foot throughout the day.
