Key Responsibilities

•Manage the end to end effort for the development and deployment of new production processes and equipment.
•Develop the planning, programming, and production flow of precision metal parts.
•Validation of CNC programs for errors in an offline virtual environment
•Identify and design tooling for production processes .
•Maintain and control process documentation of production processes.

Key Requirements

•Degree in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Material)
•At least 5 years’ of relevant working experience
•Knowledge of CNC machines and tools, including their designs and uses
•Knowledge of ANSI Y14.5 blueprint reading, G-Codes, M-Codes, and CAD/CAM programming
•Knowledge of tooling and fixturing concepts and standards
