Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and drive ATE test solution/coverage development to meet NPI business milestones, KPI targets, and business constraints.
  • •Create, develop, and optimize test patterns and test flows; perform debug, test execution, and characterization.
  • •Engage pre-silicon with design and test engineering teams to scope, plan, and validate test methodologies.
  • •Conduct post-silicon bring-up of test patterns, optimize for mass production enablement, and improve quality, yield, cost, and test time.
  • •Perform characterization execution and analysis, resolve production issues, and influence technical decisions; may supervise or mentor junior engineers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 42,000 - 60,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proficient understanding of DFT (Design-For-Test) architecture for SOC (System-On-Chip) products.
  • •Strong test development and silicon characterization/debug experience with industry-standard ATE test platforms.
  • •Ability to perform data analysis to support test solution development and optimization.
  • •Hands-on experience with ATE power and performance characterization.
  • •Strong presentation, written/verbal communication, and the ability to work with geographically distributed engineering teams.
