Key Responsibilities

  • •Transfer data from partners’ current systems to their new Fresha accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
  • •Perform quality control on migrated data to ensure it is complete, organized, and compliant with data protection regulations.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data migration, providing timely support to Professional Services specialists.
  • •Moderate and enhance partner marketplace profiles to optimize visibility and attract more clients while maintaining accuracy and approvals.
  • •Collaborate with the global Professional Services team and contribute ideas to improve onboarding and service processes.

Salary: EUR 667 monthly
