Key Responsibilities

  • •Own programme management of IDP’s Leveraging Strategic Partnerships workstream feeding the Group AI programme, including plan, milestones, dependencies, RAID log, and financials.
  • •Run governance and reporting for the workstream, preparing status reporting and steering/programme board submissions to provide a single view of progress, risk, and value.
  • •Serve as IDP’s interface into the Group AI programme by managing dependencies, escalating blockers, and aligning partnership commitments, timelines, and benefits in the overall view.
  • •Support the Director of IDP with strategy development and execution through analysis, options/recommendations, translating direction into objectives/roadmaps, and tracking delivery.
  • •Run the operating rhythm for the Director of IDP and leadership team, and support team effectiveness initiatives including onboarding, engagement, internal communications, and capability planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder programmes or workstreams, including planning, dependency and risk management, governance, and reporting.
  • •Ability to structure ambiguous problems, conduct rigorous analysis, and develop clear, decision-ready recommendations for senior audiences.
  • •Exceptional written and verbal communication, with experience producing materials for executive and Board-level audiences.
  • •Strong stakeholder engagement across business, technology, and external partnerships to align innovation with bank priorities.
  • •Working knowledge of artificial intelligence and its practical application in financial services, translating technical progress into business terms.
