Job Summary

Lead end-to-end implementations for enterprise and mid-market customers, driving adoption of the Rhumbix platform in construction projects. The Professional Services Consultant will blend project management, field operations knowledge, and change management to map processes, configure workflows, train users, and ensure data integrations with ERP systems while delivering measurable operational value.

Job Function: Consulting & Advisory

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise and mid-market customers, developing implementation plans, timelines, and success criteria
•Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer workflows, operational processes, and objectives, and help digitize complex processes into custom forms
•Configure the Rhumbix platform to align with customer requirements and best practices
•Deliver targeted training sessions for office admins and field users on Rhumbix mobile apps for Timekeeping and Labor Productivity
•Collaborate with product/engineering teams to map customized CSV or ERP payroll exports for data flows into Sage and other ERPs

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in Professional Services, Implementation Consulting, Customer Success, or Solutions Consulting
•Experience working with construction technology, field operations, workforce management, or SaaS platforms
•Strong understanding of construction workflows, labor tracking, payroll, or project operations
•Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
•Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
