Job Summary

Lead the Financial Services co-brand marketing strategy for Qantas Loyalty, driving acquisition, portfolio performance, and member engagement with Financial Services partners. Manage and develop a team of 5 marketing professionals while building and maintaining senior stakeholder and partner relationships. Own marketing plan development, campaign and collateral sign-off, and partner/contract input, partnering closely with Commercial, Finance, Product, Legal, and the Marketing Centre of Excellence (Banking).

Key Responsibilities

•Drive the Financial Services co-brand marketing strategy for Qantas Loyalty, supporting commercial objectives and revenue targets.
•Develop and facilitate components of the Financial Services marketing strategy to drive acquisition, portfolio and member engagement.
•Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and Financial Services partners, and develop influential marketing plans.
•Provide sign-off to ensure campaigns and collateral meet a high standard and reflect engaging, innovative marketing.
•Collaborate with internal teams (Commercial, Finance, Product, Legal, and Marketing Centre of Excellence Banking) to deliver outcomes for the Financial Services portfolio.

•Ability to extract insights from macro and micro business data and campaign performance to optimise future marketing activity strategies.
