Financial Accounting & Reporting Specialist (Krakow, PL)

Manage month and quarter-end closing activities and support general accounting processing, ensuring KPIs are met. Ensure accurate group and external reporting (BS, P&L, supplementary information) in line with IFRS and other GAAPs. Prepare FIP submission reporting, perform balance sheet reconciliations in Blackline, and support Swiss VAT tasks. Execute and document ICFR controls, drive process improvements, and collaborate with key Finance stakeholders and the FAR team manager.
