Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop delivery of landscape design and planning projects.
  • •Undertake site survey and analysis and participate in meetings and workshops representing technical excellence.
  • •Assist leads with project management, including financial and programme responsibilities.
  • •Mentor and develop junior staff while sharing knowledge to support continuous growth.
  • •Produce and/or oversee technical documentation and designs across stages, including contract administration (e.g., JCLI).

Key Requirements

  • •Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI).
  • •Experience preparing LVIAs and TVIAs and evidence-base documents in accordance with best practice.
  • •Experience designing public realm schemes and complex multi-disciplinary projects.
  • •Knowledge and understanding of the UK planning system.
  • •Knowledge of project management, including financial control, reporting, and programme management.
