Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure functional and factory areas execute strategies to meet cost, quality, and schedule requirements, focusing on profitability and sustained growth.
  • •Lead cross-functional collaboration across Operations and Supply Chain, supporting Program Operations Management (POM) and Program Management Office (PMO).
  • •Partner with Engineering and Mission Assurance in program management activities and performance measurement.
  • •Lead or support factory meetings and production activities including team engagement, production control, value stream mapping, and LRE/EAC.
  • •Apply operational performance measurement systems and execution practices to guide program plans for new product introductions to factory operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 8 years of relevant experience (or an Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years).
  • •Professional experience in factory operations, engineering and/or supply chain in a team environment.
  • •Experience using metrics to implement Build Plan or MRP plan to meet customer contractual commitments.
  • •Demonstrated experience in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
  • •U.S. citizenship required with ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
