Job Summary

Provide 24/7 technical oversight of a Global Cyber Operations Center supporting Army theaters (CONUS/OCONUS). Monitor managed assets and cyber tooling, track outages and customer impact, manage Authorized Service Interruptions, and ensure accurate reporting to GCC senior leaders. Lead incident response by prioritizing IT incidents, ensuring conformance to processes and service level targets, and serving as a policy/procedure subject matter expert with shift coverage.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide 24/7 technical oversight of a Global Cyber Operations Center supporting the Army’s CONUS and OCONUS theaters.
•Monitor cyber assets, maintain awareness of outages, track customer impact, and support resolution of events/incidents.
•Prioritize IT incidents, assign resources toward incident resolution, and ensure conformance to processes and service level targets.
•Monitor, approve, and manage Authorized Service Interruptions (ASI) for the CONUS Network.
•Review Commander’s Critical Information Reports (CCIR) for technical accuracy and serve as a subject matter expert and senior contract representative after core duty hours.

Key Requirements

•Active in-scope Secret Clearance (must have clearance to start).
•Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent people and phone skills.
•Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
•Experience with Microsoft Office products and basic overall IT knowledge.
•Must be available for rotating shift work including weekends and holidays.
