Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement the overall procurement strategy aligned with organizational and project objectives.
  • •Lead procurement activities across projects and corporate requirements to ensure timely, cost-effective sourcing.
  • •Design procurement plans, sourcing strategies, tendering approaches, and contracting strategies for major projects.
  • •Oversee tender processes (prequalification, RFP/RFQ, bid evaluation, negotiations, and contract award recommendations).
  • •Lead, develop, and manage the procurement team, driving continuous improvement and procurement best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Master’s degree or MBA as an advantage.
  • •Professional procurement qualification such as CIPS or equivalent is preferred.
  • •Extensive senior-level procurement and supply chain experience, preferably in construction, real estate development, infrastructure, or project-based environments.
  • •Strong experience managing complex tenders, procurement packages, supplier negotiations, and contract awards.
