Key Responsibilities

  • •Payroll Processing: Calculate and process salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions (tax, benefits) in a timely manner.
  • •Compliance & Tax: Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local tax laws; prepare and submit payroll tax reports.
  • •Accounting: End-to-end accounting with payroll.
  • •General Ledger Maintenance: Reconcile payroll-related general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries.
  • •Systems & Process Improvement: Update and maintain payroll software and related data in ERP tools (ADP, Oracle, JDE).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting with 3+ years of accounting experience
  • •Experience in multi-entity or shared services environment preferred
  • •Exposure to global payroll or multiple geographies is an added advantage
  • •Knowledge of MDNA & controller deck summary
  • •Data extraction and manipulation experience using various tools, and excellent Microsoft Excel skills required
