Manage and grow profitable commercial client relationships by identifying new opportunities and strengthening an existing portfolio of companies. Partner with internal One Bank teams and product specialists (including Treasury Management, Capital Markets, and Wealth Management) to create tailored relationship strategies. Conduct financial statement and credit analysis to manage risk and guide credit requests, while using CRM tools to track pipeline and maintain trusted-advisor customer engagement. Participate in community and industry forums.

•Develop and implement business plans to achieve financial goals and qualitative measures.
•Coordinate with internal One Bank Partners and product teams to create tailored relationship strategies for clients and prospects.
•Meet with customers regularly to maintain trusted-advisor relationships and ensure business needs are met.
•Analyze financial information, monitor client financial performance and industry trends, and partner with Portfolio Managers and Credit Officers on credit requests.

Salary: USD 121,900 - 262,100 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Accounting) or equivalent work experience.
•Minimum 6 years of Commercial Banking experience, with at least 5 years of sales experience preferred.
•Formalized commercial credit training or equivalent credit experience required.
•Thorough knowledge of Commercial, Treasury Management, and alternative lending and financing options.
•Strong business acumen including analysis and review of financial statements and accounting principles.
