Job Summary

Operate on the 1st shift to produce food ingredients under direction from the Lead and Supervisor. Load/unload materials, weigh and mix raw inputs using standardized formulas, package finished products, and perform machine/facility cleaning. Assess raw materials for conformance and consistency while supporting food defense and food safety by reporting any issues to upper management. Work with PPE requirements and follow established manufacturing practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Produce food ingredients and follow standardized formulas for weighing, measuring, and mixing raw materials.
•Load and unload materials and package finished products.
•Operate forklift and other material handling equipment.
•Clean machines and facilities and maintain a clean, sanitized environment.
•Alert upper management to any food safety issues or concerns and assess raw materials for conformance and consistency.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED.
•At least one year of production or food service experience is preferred.
•Basic computer skills.
•Ability to get company forklift certification, as necessary.
•Ability to repetitively lift 50 to 80 pounds and climb stairs in production rooms; able to wear required PPE and handle hazardous cleaning chemicals.
