Key Responsibilities

•Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents of all levels.
•Own interview scheduling and communicate logistics to candidates and hiring teams.
•Manage candidate communication throughout the interview process.
•Drive innovative sourcing strategies, including talent mapping insights and sourcing/process improvement projects with TA partners.
•Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to improve recruiting process efficiency and ensure a great candidate experience.

Key Requirements

•Ability to contribute in a fast-paced environment by prioritizing multiple tasks and functions.
•Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, and candidates and communicate effectively at all levels.
•1 year of equivalent sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (search firm or in-house recruiting) preferred.
