Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead engineering design reviews and technical governance for SCADA, SAS, PLC/DCS, EMS, and communication systems across HVDC, FACTS, WAPS, and PMU-based monitoring.
  • •Act as single-point accountability for all I&C systems within the PMC framework, ensuring EPC adherence to designs and interface coordination.
  • •Oversee construction, site execution, QA/QC, and safety compliance for control panels, SCADA/SAS, HVDC/STATCOM, PMUs, and EMS installations.
  • •Lead FAT/SAT, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities and ensure integration with SLDC/RLDC/NLDC and utility platforms.
  • •Govern cybersecurity and communication protocols (IEC 61850, IEC 104, Modbus, DNP3) and validate redundancy and network reliability.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • •15+ years of experience in I&C systems for transmission, substations, HVDC, and hybrid renewable energy projects.
  • •Proven experience in PMC’s Engineer roles.
  • •Strong expertise in SAS, SCADA, PLC/DCS systems; HVDC and FACTS (STATCOM/SVC); WAPS / RAS and PMU systems; EMS integration (for Hybrid renewable projects).
