  • •Lead and grow the DSA team by managing, developing, recruiting, and onboarding data scientists and analytics engineers
  • •Create shared standards, establish rituals, and coach the team to deliver high-quality data work
  • •Set the technical bar for experimentation, analysis, insights, metric design, and data modeling
  • •Focus on impact by ensuring the team’s tradeoffs and priorities meaningfully change decisions and business trajectory
  • •Partner across the business to define measurement frameworks, instrument key metrics, and shape product and business strategy using data

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years managing data scientists and/or analytics engineers, and 6+ years overall in data science or analytics

  • •Strong technical depth in experimentation, analytics, statistics, data modeling, and metric design
  • •Expert-level understanding of user funnels for B2B or B2C products
  • •Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence roadmaps via data and insights
