Job Summary

Partner with Projects & Services Operational leaders to provide financial guidance for digital software and subscription offerings. Own SaaS revenue and profitability planning, including operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and long-range models for ARR/MRR, retention, churn, CAC, and LTV. Deliver executive dashboards and reporting, run variance analysis, perform ad hoc ROI/pricing/segmentation analyses, and support revenue recognition alignment with Revenue Operations and Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist with annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans focused on SaaS revenue growth, ARR expansion, and profitability.
•Build and maintain financial models for subscription revenue forecasting, ARR/MRR analysis, customer growth, pricing strategies, and software product investments.
•Analyze SaaS business metrics including ARR, MRR, NRR, GRR, CAC, LTV, churn, and unit economics.
•Partner cross-functionally (Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Operations) to gather inputs and support data-driven decision-making.
•Support financial reporting and variance analysis, and prepare executive dashboards on subscription revenue trends and SaaS profitability; conduct ad hoc pricing and ROI analyses.
