Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead AP, AR, and Travel & Expense functions for North American brands, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and collections.
  • •Develop and deliver procure-to-pay and order-to-cash process improvements to reduce operating expense and enhance vendor relationships.
  • •Manage the day-to-day AP/AR operations and lead a team (~35 people), including career development.
  • •Define KPIs, operational metrics, and service level agreements; track delivery against global objectives.
  • •Support compliance and audit readiness for AP/AR processes, partner with Internal/External Audit, and assist with month-end close.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of finance experience in a high-volume AP and/or AR environment.
  • •BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent).
  • •Experience leading Accounts Payable (procure-to-pay), Accounts Receivable (order-to-cash), and/or Travel & Expense management.
  • •Experience in e-commerce with supply-chain and working with vendors as a buyer or financial manager.
  • •Strong financial modeling and data analytics skills (Excel, Tableau, Access, SQL, ETL) and experience with AP in ERP systems (Oracle Cloud Fusion a plus).
