Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct deep-dive analysis of operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
  • •Lead requirements gathering, business analysis, and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements.
  • •Translate business needs into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • •Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle — discovery, planning, execution, delivery, and adoption.
  • •Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of product features.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of proven experience managing software projects as project manager/product owner
  • •Ability to map and analyze business process (BA experience will be plus)
  • •Proficiency in writing clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • •Understanding of technical constraints, APIs, data flows, and system integrations
  • •Basic to intermediate understanding of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, and model limitations
