Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce quality grade products by performing utility line tasks such as stringing, trussing, and placing products on belts.
  • •Maintain a clean and organized work area while operating equipment and notifying personnel of malfunctions and safety issues.
  • •Inspect products for defects and remove downgraded items; ensure labeling and case preparation are correct.
  • •Prepare and operate box and CVP-related steps, including aligning cases under the machine and verifying proper sealing.
  • •Follow company quality, safety, food safety, and animal welfare policies and participate in process improvement using continuous improvement/Six Sigma methodologies.
