Key Responsibilities

•Deliver hands-on design for assigned priorities within cross-functional pods, using AI-driven design tools to produce rapid prototypes and digital products.
•Partner with Product and Engineering to iterate on MVPs and proof-of-concepts quickly, validating business ideas within days.
•Design agentic AI experience components and end-to-end Conversational UX elements, including dialog flows, state, turn-taking, error recovery, escalation, and safe fallback behaviors.
•Refine assistant behavior patterns (tone, grounded responses, refusal patterns, transparency cues, and trust-building interactions).
•Build interactive, cross-platform prototypes and maintain documentation and handoff materials, while ensuring WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance.

Key Requirements

•4-6 years of progressive UX design experience with a track record on high-impact digital products.
•Experience using AI-driven design tools and platforms for rapid prototyping.
•Experience designing Conversational UX (chat/voice), including dialog flows, conversation state, and repair/fallback patterns.
•Exposure to designing Agentic AI workflow components with human-in-the-loop controls and safe failure modes.
•Experience contributing to design systems and delivering WCAG 2.1 AA accessible designs; provide a strong portfolio demonstrating system-level thinking.
