Process Engineer - Advanced Packaging

Design and optimize manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor technologies by collecting and analyzing experimental data, performing hardware characterization, and troubleshooting complex process issues. Establish process baselines, improve performance and stability, and support process development through DOE and statistical analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers, generate technical documentation and specifications, and contribute to training and vendor partnerships to scale new technologies and improvements.
