Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through interviewing and closing candidates.
  • •Conduct thorough candidate screenings and communicate the recruiting process, company overview, and expectations.
  • •Partner with business leaders to define target candidate profiles, sourcing strategies, and assessment plans.
  • •Monitor recruiting funnel effectiveness to maintain a continuous flow of candidates through the pipeline.
  • •Use data and metrics to validate recruiting success and improve time to hire, candidate experience, and offer acceptance rate, including extending offer recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with a track record hiring and scaling high-performing Software Engineering and/or Product teams.
  • •Excellent ability to run each step of the recruiting process with strong candidate experience and engagement.
  • •Experience recruiting both specialist and generalist roles using a variety of sourcing channels.
  • •Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Strong time management, prioritization, and results-driven mindset.
