Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and deepen relationships with top-tier business and tech journalists, editors, and podcasters.
  • •Drive earned media strategy for major announcements, including corporate news, partnerships, product milestones, and industry leadership moments.
  • •Prepare executives and subject matter experts for media and speaking engagements.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Legal, HR, Product, and others to align communications with business objectives.
  • •Draft communications materials and drive thought leadership, including identifying emerging AI/CX/enterprise tech narratives, awards, and speaking opportunities.
