Job Summary

Pricing Analyst to join the Global Pricing Team, shaping pricing strategies to drive profitable growth and customer lifetime value across markets, collaborating with Commercial, Data and Product & Engineering to develop pricing tools and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

•Jointly with your Pricing Manager, performing market and pricing analysis and developing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance pricing performance
•Creating A/B test plans and managing them end to end including implementation, analysis and communication
•Monitoring the performance of pricing initiatives, take ownership and proactively addressing opportunities to ensure a positive P&L impact
•Working closely with a cross-functional team of professionals with domain expertise in Commercial, Data and Product & Engineering; supporting the development of our best-in-class dynamic pricing tool
•Developing and maintaining dashboards and other reporting tools; consuming diverse data sources to support pricing decision-making

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, or business administration would be an advantage
•Around 3 - 5 years of professional experience, strong knowledge of analytical toolkits (SQL and Excel)
•Very strong analytical skills to quickly assess the performance of pricing and develop recommendations
•Python, R, Tableau and others are a plus
•Strong communication skills to explain complex pricing topics in a clear manner and get the buy-in of regional and central teams
