•Provide proactive updates and talent insights to recruiters and hiring stakeholders throughout searches
•Serve as the primary contact with candidates to ensure a strong candidate experience and promote the Huron brand
•Collaborate with TA colleagues and business leaders to understand talent needs and share market intelligence
