Job Summary

Build and maintain features for a Visa client product test tool, working across front-end, back-end, and data layers. Write, review, and debug production-ready code; integrate systems via APIs, messaging, and databases; and develop scalable data pipelines. Own testing (unit through end-to-end), CI/CD automation, secure coding practices, and production observability to diagnose issues, implement fixes, and ensure performance, cost, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

•Write, modify, and review high-quality, testable, and efficient code across front-end, back-end, and data layers.
•Integrate systems using APIs, messaging queues, and databases.
•Develop and maintain data pipelines and large-scale data processing jobs using frameworks and cloud services.
•Create unit, integration, and end-to-end tests focused on automation and maintain CI pipelines for automatic test runs.
•Debug issues with root-cause analysis, monitor production using observability tools, and implement fixes while enforcing code quality and secure coding practices.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experience.
•Develop and/or implement web-based applications using Java/J2EE and Java 17+ (including Spring Boot).
•Strong UI/UX experience with React 18+ and object-oriented programming (OOP).
•Experience building and deploying via CI/CD pipelines, including unit/integration/end-to-end testing and debugging/root-cause analysis.
•Hands-on experience with microservices and cloud technologies such as Kubernetes and AWS, plus secure coding and regulatory-standard compliance.
