Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect and control product quality according to the correct standards and deliver to the next process within the timeline.
  • •Inspect work during pre-production readiness to ensure it meets quality standards, then hand off to the next process.
  • •Follow quality instructions and methods while aligning with quality standards.
  • •Record inspection results and report progress of quality issues/defects, including identifying nonconformance products.
  • •Continuously develop and improve quality inspection-related knowledge and communicate quality information with the team and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •High school (M.3) or equivalent education.
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience in inspection or jewelry business.
  • •Knowledge of quality inspection processes and how to record inspection data.
  • •Good teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and coordinate with others.
  • •Ability to make correct decisions and work under pressure, including shift rotation if required.
