Key Responsibilities

•Inspect and control product quality according to the correct standards and deliver to the next process within the timeline.
•Inspect work during pre-production readiness to ensure it meets quality standards, then hand off to the next process.
•Follow quality instructions and methods while aligning with quality standards.
•Record inspection results and report progress of quality issues/defects, including identifying nonconformance products.
•Continuously develop and improve quality inspection-related knowledge and communicate quality information with the team and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•High school (M.3) or equivalent education.
•Minimum 1 year of experience in inspection or jewelry business.
•Knowledge of quality inspection processes and how to record inspection data.
•Good teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and coordinate with others.
•Ability to make correct decisions and work under pressure, including shift rotation if required.
