Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, test, and deploy high-performance backend systems and services, with a focus on trading connectivity
•Integrate new liquidity providers into the Talos network to enhance the efficiency and value of the platform
•Own the integration process from requirements gathering to interfacing with external providers’ technical teams and deploying to production
•Continuously improve the scalability, reliability, security, and performance of the Talos platform
•Collaborate with product and engineering teams, support, and clients to develop solutions across the full trade lifecycle

Key Requirements

•2-5 years of software engineering experience, ideally in Go or Java (Go predominates)
•BEng, MSc or BSc in Computer Science or related field

•Proven track record building and maintaining sophisticated backend systems with high performance and reliability
•Experience in financial technology, with crypto and/or traditional finance knowledge is a strong advantage
