  • •Proficient in Spanish and English (spoken, written, read).
  • •Background in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics; comfortable working with numbers and analytics tools.
  • •Skilled in advanced Google Sheets features such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas like IF, SUMIF, and COUNTIF.
  • •Have (or are eager to develop) technical skills in tools such as Salesforce, SQL, Google Sheets, or Airtable.
