You will serve as a technical authority on complex data center engagements, shaping architectures, vendor proposals, and delivery approaches, while coaching junior consultants and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate technical trade-offs into business value for clients.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead technical work streams for data center design, expansion, modernization, and operational optimization with hands-on execution planning and risk management
•Evaluate architectures, technical specifications, and vendor proposals to ensure performance, resilience, scalability, and cost effectiveness
•Support clients across the infrastructure lifecycle, including site selection, capacity planning, design standards, technology selection, and delivery/commissioning approaches
•Translate complex technical trade-offs into clear business implications and communicate effectively with client engineering, facilities, and operations teams
•Collaborate with broader infrastructure teams (facilities, power/environmental, servers/IT equipment, colocation, interconnect) and mentor junior consultants

•Strong working knowledge across adjacent areas, including AI-focused data centers
•Senior technical authority on client engagements, leading technically complex workstreams (design, expansion, modernization, operational optimization)
•Ability to evaluate data center architectures, technical specs, and vendor proposals to ensure performance, resilience, scalability, and cost requirements
•Experience engaging across the infrastructure lifecycle (site selection, capacity planning, design standards, technology selection, delivery/commissioning) and communicating technical trade-offs to client engineering/operations teams
•Coaching junior consultants and contributing to reusable technical frameworks and methodologies
•Support business development with technically credible input into proposals and client discussions
