•Provide day-to-day guidance/coaching to Research Assistants and Rating Analysts and build capability in credit and tooling.
•Codify standard work to drive consistency and scalability, strengthening trusted repeatable insights.
•Lead end-to-end execution for assigned credits with high-quality analysis and timely delivery.
•Own portfolio surveillance/updates by synthesising performance, market signals, and peer context into decision-useful insights.
•Embed responsible AI/automation in workflows, including structured validation and refinement, while ensuring governance and confidentiality.
