Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely handle incoming materials by reviewing job orders, selecting correct parts, counting and procuring materials from staging, and ensuring the proper processing sequence.
  • •Perform pre-assembly tasks when required, including drilling holes and/or basic TIG welding for special orders.
  • •Assemble and handle items on conveyor lines by changing hooks, lifting/hoisting different-sized materials safely, and tagging materials for color changes.
  • •Process outgoing materials by removing items from hooks/hoists, counting and grouping in correct sequences, inspecting painted goods for defects, and performing basic touch-ups or assembly as needed.
  • •Maintain preventive maintenance and a safe, clean work area by greasing conveyor/parts, checking filters, cleaning paint booth/washer areas, and notifying the group leader of problems.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to read, write, perform basic math calculations, and communicate clearly.
