Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze customer requirements and convert them into system requirements and detailed designs for the development team.
  • •Perform product and feature performance analysis and evaluate new product/software releases.
  • •Analyze and troubleshoot issues in 4G/5G distributed and virtualized RAN and network management solutions.
  • •Provide subject matter expert technical support in pre-sales and create technical and commercial solutions to meet sales goals.
  • •Translate and communicate complex technical design considerations between the Samsung sales team and carriers’ network business.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Electronic and Communication Engineering (or equivalent) plus 5 years of post-baccalaureate experience in telecom/engineer-related roles.
  • •5 years of experience in RAN virtualization and EMS.
  • •Experience with telecom software architecture, design, deployment, and end-to-end service integration.
  • •Authoring EMS network element software upgrade MOPs and executing them in commercial networks.
  • •Tier 3 support: troubleshoot commercial RAN and NMS/EMS issues, provide work-arounds, and deliver root cause analysis (RCA).
