•Develop supplier relationships, negotiate competitive pricing and commercial terms, and ensure contract compliance.
•Execute category strategies aligned to enterprise objectives using spend analysis, supplier performance data, and market trend insights.
•Run sourcing events (RFIs/RFPs/RFQs), evaluate suppliers, negotiate, and support contract awards and renewals.
•Monitor supplier performance against KPIs and coordinate corrective action plans, budgeting/forecasting inputs, and change management for supplier transitions.
