Job Summary

Provide timely, accurate client transactions and maintain proper handling of assigned funds while delivering a high-quality customer experience. Cross-train to support sales and service activities, including outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) support. Educate clients on digital self-service options such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking, help with new account openings and problem resolution, and follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a distinctive client experience and complete complex and standardized transactions while uncovering client needs.
•Educate clients on digital, self-service banking solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
•Support the team sales process through outbound calls, checking for offers, and identifying client needs or opportunities; refer to appropriate team members/specialists.
•Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for client needs.
•Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; participate in branch leadership routines and product knowledge training.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent education.
•Two years of teller, cash handling, or client service experience.

•Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours; ability to master PC keyboard/software skills and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
