Job Summary

Join NVIDIA’s Networking Silicon team as a Physical Design CAD Engineer responsible for developing physical design, STA, and power integrity flows for networking chips and SoCs. Collaborate with block owners and full-chip STA engineers to ensure timely convergence, while innovating flows for timing analysis, power/noise, IR-drop and back-end verification across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop physical design, STA, logic equalization and Power Integrity flows and methodologies for implementation of networking chips and SoCs.
•Work closely with block owners and full Chip STA engineers to assure high quality and timely convergence.
•Generate innovative solutions to state-of-the-art physical design problems needed for NVIDIA’s chips.
•Participate in and develop flow and tool methodologies for timing analysis and closure, power and noise analysis, IR-drop, EM and back-end verification across multiple projects.

Key Requirements

•B.SC./M.SC. in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience).
•2+ years of full-time relevant experience in Physical Design, Backend CAD, STA and timing closure methodologies.
•Proven experience with physical design tools and industry-standard tools like PrimeTime (STA) and PrimePower (Power Estimation).
•Self-motivation with attention to detail and strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
•Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and global teams.
