Customer Service Delivery Advocate

Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using Carvana’s custom car haulers, while providing a positive, customer-first experience. You’ll load and unload vehicles, inspect them to ensure they’re safe to drive, complete customer paperwork, and enter thorough notes into the customer tracking system. The role requires consistent safe driving, physical stamina, and availability across rotating shifts and rotating days off.
