Job Summary

Lead and mentor a group of Project Managers to deliver safe, compliant construction and renovation projects across a portfolio. Own delivery from planning through turnover, establishing governance for scope, cost, schedule, safety, risk, and performance. Track portfolio performance, communicate status and risks, and drive recovery strategies when issues emerge. Support asset management planning by assessing asset condition and recommending renewal strategies aligned to business risk and lifecycle needs.

•Manage construction and renovation projects end-to-end (planning through turnover) to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.
•Set project expectations and governance across scope, cost, schedule, safety, risk, and performance in line with corporate/engineering criteria.
•Monitor portfolio performance and maintain reporting on schedule, cost, change, safety, and project outcomes.
•Assess asset conditions and recommend renewal strategies to support asset management planning and investment alignment with business risk and lifecycle needs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
•6+ years of progressively responsible experience in construction, project management, facilities, design, engineering, or asset management (or total 9+ years if no degree).
•Proven ability to lead Project Managers and cross-functional project teams.
•Strong expertise in construction delivery, building systems, design coordination, project controls, commissioning, and project closeout.
•Solid understanding of industry codes, permitting, regulatory requirements, governance, contract administration, and technical standards.
