Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead market and industry trend analysis to define account priorities and optimize coverage and allocation across key, tier-one, and greenfield opportunities.
  • •Drive standardized account planning and identify high-value collaboration opportunities and innovative use cases using Visa capabilities.
  • •Scale payment acceptance, usage, and authorization performance across online and offline channels and expand into underpenetrated verticals and use cases.
  • •Own end-to-end partnership strategy and commercial execution, including executive engagement, pipeline governance, business case development, negotiation, proof-of-concept design, contract closure, and post-launch scale-up.
  • •Build, coach, and develop a high-performing business development team; set operating disciplines and goals; remove cross-functional roadblocks; and provide performance updates to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of commercial leadership experience in technology, payments, fintech, consulting, or adjacent fields with account management, strategic partnerships, or business development experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of Indonesia’s digital payments ecosystem, including fintech, digital banking, wallets, merchant acquiring, and platform ecosystems.
  • •Proven ability to establish and scale strategic partnerships that generate revenue across merchants, platforms, fintechs, wallets, and multi-party commercial arrangements.
  • •Expert negotiation and deal-structuring skills, including complex contracts, commercial models, incentives, and governance structures.
  • •Strong people leadership and program management skills to lead through ambiguity, align executives, coordinate workstreams, and develop effective business motions.
