•Provide pre- and post-sale technical recommendations and support customer transition to a solutions-focused operating model.
•Collaborate with regional work teams and partners (clinical, sales, service) to coordinate project resources and customer deliverables.
•Handle administrative duties in line with Philips and regulatory requirements, including timesheets, work orders, expense reports, field change orders, and site/service documentation.
•Install and integrate complex multi-phased systems in clinical and non-clinical environments, including technical review of configurations and diagnosis of electronic, networking, and mechanical problems.
•Travel across the assigned geography to support implementations, including potential overnight stays and air/train travel.

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Biomedical, or a related discipline.
•Ability to work in office/home-office and hospital environments and perform field-service job requirements.
