Human Resources Manager

Serve as a strategic HR business partner for a manufacturing organization, reporting to the Regional HR Director. Ensure the right talent is in place across plant locations, drive engagement and career development, and advise leaders on performance management and employee relations. Lead and participate in HR initiatives aligned to business imperatives, maintain policy compliance, support supervisors and managers through coaching and training, and oversee key HR processes including compensation and performance management.
