Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement the distributed execution layer coordinating robot agents, validators, and skill runners across work cells
•Own the concurrency model for the platform, including scheduling, synchronization, and failure recovery
•Build the real-world representation layer turning camera input into a live, persistent model for reasoning
•Write performance-critical runtime components in C for deterministic, low-latency execution
•Develop TypeScript interfaces and APIs to surface robot status, task state, and live feedback to operators

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience building distributed systems with production exposure to concurrency bugs, partial failures, and consistency tradeoffs
•Fluent in Python and TypeScript, comfortable dropping into C for performance
•Strong intuition about concurrent execution and appropriate use of locks, queues, or message passing
•Experience building systems where correctness is non-negotiable (robotics or real-time control) and designing for retry, rollback, and graceful degradation
•Ability to switch between a C runtime, Python orchestrator, and TypeScript dashboard in the same day
