Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide onsite support for all IT activities, resolving problems in coordination with support teams, help desks, customers, and technical staff.
  • •Use ServiceNow to provide on-call support by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems; interact with network/services and systems/software teams to restore service.
  • •Perform network/server operations and maintenance, including installations, troubleshooting, upgrades/patching via SCCM Software Center, hardware component replacement, and routine maintenance/analysis.
  • •Support remote telework users by ensuring applications work over VPN and/or Citrix; provide tier 2 support including hardware troubleshooting, OS reinstall, and device swapping.
  • •Support enterprise operations and IT lifecycle tasks: on-site cabling, encryption, asset inventory/receipting, disposal preparation (wiping devices), video conferencing troubleshooting, and assisting with pre/post application releases and support trend reporting.

Salary: USD 53,040 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school with 0–3 years (or commensurate experience).
  • •US Citizen.
  • •High degree of technical proficiency with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • •Ability to obtain and hold a Public Trust Clearance.
  • •Initial/ongoing certification requirements: A+, ITIL Foundation, HDI certification, and (within six months of hire) one of Security+, Network+, or Server+.
