Design token incentives for the Token Factory and model Interest.One fund token structures including conversion mechanics and vesting. Build and maintain institutional-grade tokenomics financial models and documentation, monitoring on-chain metrics to report tokenomics health and advise ML token treasury strategy.

Key Responsibilities

•Model and optimize the ML tokenomics framework upgrade, including supply schedule, staking mechanics, inflation parameters, and governance weight design.
•Design token incentive structures for Token Factory (issuer incentives, liquidity provider rewards, and ecosystem grant allocations).
•Develop Interest.One fund token structures, including token conversion mechanics, vesting schedules, and regulatory treatment analysis.
•Build and maintain the ML token financial model.
•Monitor on-chain token metrics and produce regular tokenomics health reports, advising the Head of Capital Strategy on ML token treasury strategy.
