Key Responsibilities

  • •Use Alliant Energy’s PMI-based project management methodologies to achieve scope, schedule, and cost objectives while managing risks.
  • •Determine project business needs and establish/manages costs, resources, performance measurements, timelines, and technical objectives.
  • •Determine appropriate project resourcing and staffing skillsets, assessing strategies to reduce overall project risk.
  • •Manage applicable project contracts in conjunction with sourcing personnel and ensure work meets specifications and contract schedules.
  • •Develop and execute communication and stakeholder management plans, including status/risk/progress reporting; ensure training and smooth operational transition upon completion.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of experience in project management managing medium to large sized, complex projects.
  • •Ability to analyze and solve problems of a moderate nature and implement effective solutions.

  • •Ability to organize large project plans and document effectively.
  • •Demonstrated effective leadership, interpersonal skills, and verbal and written communication.
