Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop an electrical and control engineering team to achieve safety, reliability, and cost performance targets.
  • •Ensure safe operation and upkeep of HV/MV/LV electrical distribution systems, UPS, generators, PLC/SCADA, instrumentation, and facility automation systems.
  • •Improve equipment reliability and system availability through predictive maintenance, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement programs.
  • •Implement maintenance, asset management, and obsolescence strategies for critical facility infrastructure.
  • •Support Fab capacity expansion, tool installations, and facility upgrades while managing contractor performance, standards, and compliance.

  • •10+ years of relevant engineering experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, data center, or critical facilities environments.
  • •5+ years of people leadership or supervisory experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, facility automation, and PLC/SCADA platforms.
